Cooking and entertaining have always been a passion for me. Putting the love and labor into providing a meal for family and friends energizes me. I enjoy the creativity a sharp knife, a cutting board, and fresh ingredients offer. After almost 15 years in the finance and investment industry, I felt the need to switch gears and turn my passion and dream into a reality. Just over two years ago I started to develop recipes for a concept that could introduce fresh pasta and scratch made sauces to the Phoenix area. After struggling to find a location for a brick and mortar restaurant, our group decided to focus on getting our delicious food into the hands of Phoenicians in a different manner: through the window of a gourmet food truck. We are eager for you to get saucy with us. As we expand our coverage in the Valley of the Sun, we offer many additional ways to satisfy your need for great pasta.
